Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information
Effective date: July 3, 2026
EIDL Debt ("we," "us," or "our") sells and shares personal information with third-party marketing partners as part of how eidldebt.com works. If you are a California resident, or a resident of another state with similar rights, you can tell us not to sell or share your personal information. This page explains how.
Your right to opt out
Under the California Consumer Privacy Act, as amended by the California Privacy Rights Act (the "CCPA/CPRA"), and under similar laws in other states, you have the right to direct a business not to sell or share your personal information with third parties. When you submit a request through this page, we will stop selling and sharing the personal information associated with the details you give us, going forward.
Opting out does not delete information we have already shared, and it does not stop communications from partners you were already matched with. To stop those, contact that partner directly, reply STOP to their texts, or ask a caller to place you on their internal do-not-call list.
How to submit your request
You can opt out in any of these ways:
- Web form: complete the opt-out form on this page (if enabled) with your name, email address, and phone number so we can locate your information.
- Email: send a message to privacy@eidldebt.com with the subject line "Do Not Sell or Share," and include the name, email address, and phone number you used on the Site.
- Mail: write to EIDL Debt, [mailing address to be added], and include the same details.
To help us find and match your record, please give us the exact contact information you submitted on the Site.
Global Privacy Control
We honor the Global Privacy Control (GPC) signal. If you visit eidldebt.com using a browser or extension that sends a GPC signal, we treat it as a valid request to opt out of the sale or sharing of personal information for that browser. Because a GPC signal is tied to a specific browser or device and may not be linked to your identity, you may also want to submit a request using one of the methods above so we can apply your choice more broadly.
Authorized agents
You may use an authorized agent to submit an opt-out request on your behalf. We may require the agent to provide proof that you gave them permission to act for you, and we may ask you to verify your identity directly.
Verification and response
Because an opt-out of sale or sharing generally does not require us to disclose specific pieces of personal information, we typically do not need to verify your identity to honor it. We may take reasonable steps to confirm the request is genuine and to match it to your record. We will process valid requests within the timeframe required by applicable law (for California, within 15 business days of a GPC signal or opt-out request). We will not discriminate against you for exercising this right.
